That's the future we're building at Fi.What You'll DoIdentify and qualify prospective partners across the US and European marketsResearch target companies, map decision-makers, and build personalized outreachSurface asymmetric opportunities and bring deal concepts to leadership with clear framing: why this partner, why now, what's in it for FiFind the leverage points in a prospective partner's business and build a compelling mutual value propositionDraft outreach, pitch decks, and early-stage deal frameworksManage early pipeline conversations and warm opportunities for senior leadershipOwn day-to-day management of the partnerships you bring in; track performance, flag issues proactively, and ensure both sides are deliveringIdentify expansion opportunities within existing relationshipsBuild internal tools and automate repetitive workflows to operate at leverage far above your titleCreate scalable systems for prospecting, tracking, and managing partnershipsStay ahead of the curve on AI tools relevant to BD and bring new capabilities to the teamWhat You'll Bring:1-3 years in BD or partnerships, or equivalent demonstrated hustle; startup or high-ownership environment experience strongly preferredAI-native: you use AI as a force multiplier, building automations, writing prompts, thinking in systems. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000–$110,000. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, market conditions, and role scope, which may evolve during the hiring process. As a fast-growing Series B startup, Fi evaluates compensation opportunistically to align with the right candidate.
