Join our customer’s team as a Project Finance – AI Trainer and help shape the future of financial AI.
In this role, you’ll work with real-world project finance data to train and refine AI models, guiding how they understand, structure, and reason over complex and ambiguous financial information. This is a fully remote opportunity to collaborate with finance and AI experts on high-impact projects.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Seed and curate real-world project finance data for AI training
- Evaluate spreadsheets, partial models, and ambiguous financial inputs
- Guide AI models in reconstructing, normalizing, and extending finance artifacts
- Provide clear written and verbal feedback to improve AI outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional, remote teams in iterative training cycles
- Identify gaps in AI understanding and propose targeted data seeding strategies
- Maintain clear documentation throughout the AI training and data curation process
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in Project Finance or closely related financial domains
- Experience working with complex, unstructured, or incomplete financial data
- High proficiency with spreadsheets and financial artifacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Familiarity with AI training, data annotation, or data curation concepts
