Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. - Manage programmatic advertising campaigns using DSPs across display, video, and native channels. - Build and manage marketing automations, pipelines, and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL). - Create and optimize email and SMS marketing sequences. - Manage CRM segmentation, lead tracking, and pipeline performance. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on CAC, CPL, and ROAS. - Execute retargeting and audience targeting strategies. - Create ad copy and marketing creatives for paid campaigns and social media. - Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting across campaigns. - Manage multiple client accounts and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements: - Proven experience in digital marketing and paid media campaign management. - Programmatic advertising experience (required). - Experience with paid media such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - CRM and marketing automation experience (GoHighLevel preferred). - Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills. - Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). - Ability to create ad creatives and basic video edits. - Experience managing advertising budgets and performance metrics. - Strong organizational and remote work capabilities. - Fluent English (Spanish preferred).
