Strong Python API Development – Real product/app engineering (not DevOps or Data).Excellent Coding Skills – Can build and maintain production-ready services.AWS Experience – Fargate, S3, DynamoDB/Aurora (DB usage, not DB building).Messaging Systems – Kafka preferred (other MQ tools acceptable).Ownership & Team Player – Self-starter, no handholding needed.
