Summary Join our digital marketing agency as a Part-Time Ads Manager to oversee paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients. This role requires full ownership of campaigns, managing them independently while collaborating with our marketing team to achieve measurable ROI. The position is remote with flexible hours and potential for full-time growth.Deliverables – Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platformsTake full ownership of campaign performance and results from strategy through executionManage multiple client ad accounts simultaneously with varying budgets and objectivesConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysisDesign and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to continuously improve performanceImplement unit testing methodologies to validate campaign components before launchMonitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizationsManage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI for clientsDeliverables – Media Creation & StrategyAssist with media creation including ad copy writing, creative briefs, and basic graphic design coordinationProactively research and recommend new media opportunities and platforms to expand client reachLead discussions with clients and team about emerging advertising channels and innovative campaign approachesDevelop advertising strategies aligned with client business goalsStay current on platform updates, best practices, and industry trendsIdentify opportunities for campaign expansion and improvementRecommend budget adjustments based on performance dataCollaborate with content and design teams on ad creative needsDeliverables – Reporting & CommunicationCreate clear, actionable monthly performance reports for clientsProvide strategic recommendations based on campaign data and market insightsCommunicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to account managersParticipate in client calls when needed to discuss strategy and resultsTrack and report on key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.Available during 9am-5pm Central Time at least 4-6 hours presence for team collaborationRequired Qualifications5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads required)Proven track record of managing $10K+ monthly ad budgetsDemonstrated experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance analysisExperience assisting with or directing media creation for digital campaignsExperience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accountsGoogle Ads certification (required)Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag ManagerAbility to take full ownership of accounts with minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExperience with reporting tools (Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar)Nice-to-Have SkillsLinkedIn Ads experienceMicrosoft Ads (Bing) experienceExperience with landing page optimization and CROExperience with unit testing frameworks for digital marketing campaignsBasic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics)Familiarity with CRM systems (particularly lead tracking and attribution)E-commerce advertising experience (Shopify, WooCommerce)Local service business advertising experienceExperience with JIRA or project management toolsWork DetailsPart-time: 15-25 hours per weekFlexible schedule with required presence during Central Time business hoursRemote positionMonthly retainer with potential for growth to full-timeOpportunity to take on additional client accounts as we growWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who can hit the ground running, take full ownership of client advertising campaigns, and free up our team to focus on strategic growth initiatives.
