Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager, you'll partner with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to surface insights, evaluate campaign performance, and inform strategic decision-making. Your work will directly shape marketing improvements, company KPIs, and the overall impact we deliver to our growing community.What you'll doDevelop dashboards, recurring reports, and metrics to track sales and marketing performance.Directly communicate with stakeholders in leadership positions.Partner with Marketing managers to evaluate campaign performance across multiple mediums.Join multiple large and complex data sources together for cross-functional reporting needs.Define, maintain, and document KPIs to ensure consistency across teams.Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization.Qualifications5+ years of experience in an analyst role, ideally with marketing analytics experienceProficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformationExperience with BI / visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similarExperience with GA4 (or similar website analytics platforms)(Preferred, not required) Proficiency with PythonAbility to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders(Preferred, not required) Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, connect cross-functional data, and enhance reporting efficiencyDemonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, including defining project plans, milestones, timelines, and stakeholder communicationA strategic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across teamsStrong understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, confidence, variance)Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach; able to go beyond the initial question to uncover meaningful insightsExcellent attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and implementationStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe pay range for this role is:130,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
