We specialize in business management consulting, offering strategic solutions and virtual assistance to help businesses worldwide improve operations and achieve growth.PositionOperations & Bookkeeping AssistantDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with client onboarding tasks and administrative setupSet up workflows in Double and create Google Drive folders for new clientsManage and organize multiple Google profiles and accountsCoordinate with clients and internal team during onboardingAssist with payroll splits and KPI calculationsHelp manage bank feeds and basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks OnlineCoordinate team access and system logins for clientsProvide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and an Account ManagerQualificationsMust be tech-savvy and comfortable handling multiple systemsNeeds basic GAAP bookkeeping knowledge and QuickBooks Online experienceMust be patient and methodical when troubleshooting login setupsShould be proactive, organized, and self-drivenAs you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractionsUpdated personal computer or laptop with webcamStable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile DataNoteThis position is part of our candidate pooling.
