Sagan provides a high-performance remote work environment, ensuring access to world-class opportunities for top-tier professionals. Position Overview: We are looking for a senior HubSpot expert to architect and implement the Customer Success module from the ground up. This is a focused, 4 – 6 week sprint, with strong potential for continued project work based on delivery. Key Responsibilities: Build and deliver a fully functional Customer Success module. Translate business requirements into robust HubSpot workflows. Own sprint execution and hit a strict four-week delivery window. Communicate independently via Slack and provide weekly progress updates. Qualifications: Deep HubSpot expertise with prior Success or Service module builds. Valid HubSpot admin or architect credentials. Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable working under tight timelines. Strong planning and risk awareness to maintain quality during fast execution. Nice-to-Haves: The ability to handle technical issues independently and surface them only when necessary during weekly calls or via Slack.
