Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with clients, sales, and production staff to clarify specifications and resolve design issues. * Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and print standards. * Prepare, set up, and adjust artwork files for digital printing. * Review and preflight files to ensure proper color, resolution, bleed, and layout. * Convert and optimize files into print-ready formats. * Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). * Strong understanding of digital printing processes, color management, and file preparation. * Experience with prepress and print production standards (PDF workflows, bleeds, crop marks, imposition). * High attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly. * Ability to balance creative design with technical requirements.
