We are EVERSANA.Job DescriptionTHE POSITION: EVERSANA is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to accelerate the global expansion of our NAVLIN Ecosystem, an industry-leading suite of Pricing & Market Access (P&MA) solutions used by top pharmaceutical companies worldwide.This inside sales role offers exceptional growth potential within a fast-moving, innovative, and international environment. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, drive lead generation campaigns, and help shape how pharma companies make smarter pricing and access decisions.If you’re ambitious, analytical, and eager to make an impact in the pharma market access and pricing space, this role will give you hands-on exposure to global clients, data-driven decision making, and real business development experience. You will identify and engage prospects, uncover their challenges, communicate NAVLIN’s value proposition, and support end-to-end deal execution. Success requires curiosity, confidence, and a proactive mindset. This is more than and BDE role, it’s an opportunity to shape how EVERSANA impacts market access to patients, while growing your career in a dynamic, global organization that values innovation, learning, and fun.Join us and help shape the future of pharmaceutical pricing and market access.This is a full-time position, remote or based in Pune, offering mentorship from industry experts, direct visibility to executive leadership, and the opportunity to grow to higher positions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:You look forward to delivering best in class business outcomes, among those are:Identify and target potential customers using various channels (email, cold calling, networking, social, etc.)Follow scripts for programmatic campaignsConduct LinkedIn-based prospect searchesResearch prospective companies and key decision-makersConduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s needs, business challenges, and pain pointsBuild rapport with decision-makers and influencers within target organizationsEffectively communicate the value proposition of the NAVLIN solution, aligning it with the prospect’s business goalsEnsure leads are properly qualified and documentedPrioritize leads/projects and follow through consistently throughout the sales cyclePrepare pricing proposals and close sales dealsReach and exceed sales targetsNurture leads that are not ready to buy immediately, keeping them engaged until they are sales readyCoordinate with the sales team to support conference participation by scheduling meetings between EVERSANA delegates and attendees and conducting timely follow-ups post-events to nurture engagement and advance sales opportunities.Ensure contract renewal are proactively handled and signed on timeQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Health Economics, Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience: 3- 5 years in SaaS Sales for the pharmaceutical sector. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of global pharmaceutical pricing and market access processes and challenges. Sales Training: Acquainted with proven sales methodologies, ability to qualify business needs.Digital Skills:Proficiency in Office 365 and/or Google Suite – Ability to create professional looking pptx presentation. Attention to visual design and consistencyAbility to create/modify PowerPoint slides and tailor them to client situationsSalesforce CRM: keep SFDC updated, leverage key features to ensure visibility and reporting to managementAnalytical and reporting skills with XLS, SFDC and other enhance sales and reporting workflowsProficient in leveraging GenAI tools for improved business efficiency, enhance sales and business workflowsKnowledge of Python or other languages is a plusCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to simplify complex situations and adapt tone for various stakeholders. Empathy and active listening skills are essential for uncovering customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.Languages: English fluency is mandatory.
