At Just Ask AVA, we place remote professionals in long-term roles with growing businesses, offering training and growth opportunities. As client demand continues to grow, we are looking for a Remote Recruiter based in LATAM to support the sourcing, screening, and coordination of AVA candidates applying for remote roles with our U.S.-based clients. This is a full-time, long-term remote opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines. Responsibilities: - Source candidates through LinkedIn and other remote hiring platforms. - Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of AVA candidates. - Review resumes and assess alignment with client hiring requirements. - Conduct initial screenings to evaluate communication skills and role fit. - Advance qualified candidates through internal recruitment stages. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. - Collaborate with Recruitment and Operations teams on hiring priorities. - Support high-volume hiring needs for U.S.-based clients. Requirements: - 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting. - Experience hiring for remote roles. - Experience recruiting high-volume roles for U.S./English-speaking teams. - Fluent English (C1+) – written and spoken. - Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM tools). - Reliable internet connection and professional workspace. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment. Location: - LATAM-based candidates only.
