Job DescriptionBellota Labs, the technology studio powering products like ClubWPT Gold, is expanding our finance team and looking for a Senior Accountant to join us in Cyprus / Limassol.We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with strong experience in financial reconciliations, data accuracy, and supporting budgeting and management reporting. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of our financial records while contributing to the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts.This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing organization where structure, collaboration, and ownership are essential. You will work cross-functional with key stakeholders and have room to grow your expertise as we scale.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Reconciliations: Reconcile large volumes of financial data across multiple accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making.Excel & Data Management: Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) to process, clean, and analyze large datasets efficiently.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to support financial planning, reporting, and operational alignment.Ad-hoc Projects: Assist the Head of Finance with additional tasks that support overall financial operations and department goals.Key Requirements:Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience working with large datasets, financial reconciliations, and budgeting.Industry Experience: Exposure to iGaming or PSP reconciliations is a strong plus.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems and financial tools.Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong analytical skills with excellent accuracy and problem-solving capabilities.Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.What We Offer:A dynamic, collaborative, and supportive work environmentCompetitive compensationThe opportunity to join a well-established, fast-growing organizationExposure to diverse financial processes and business operationsSalary Range:$40,000 - $60,000 a yearJoin us at Bellota Labs and become a key player in shaping the future of online gaming with ClubWPT Gold.
