We are looking for a Vendor Relations Manager to play a critical part in ensuring timeliness, trend tracking, demand planning, and partnership efforts with our vendor network.Job DescriptionLiaison between Vendor Management and Field Managers to help recruit contractors identified by VMO and/or our Field Managers – including explaining our scopes of work, how our jobs are costed and paid out, and explaining our key processes for receiving work orders, invoicing, change orders, material purchases, and other related questions.Follow the key processes and procedures established by the VMO team to ensure seamless communication and documentation of recruiting efforts for the Renovation team to the VMO team.Explain the Altisource Renovation onboarding processes & documentation that our VMO team require and how those steps are managed with our Vendorly platform.Prepare and maintain SOPs the contractors ‘need to know’ – work orders, change orders, material purchases, invoicing, progress/completion photos, and other related tasks.Assist with specialty contractor sourcing for one-off solutions as needed i.e. engineering, architecture, HOA/LOA requirements, etc.Provide back up to the estimating team as needed or requested due to special circumstances i.e. new client, high volume, staffing issues.Qualifications Prior experience managing and growing a nationwide field workforce or external vendor network.Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in Preforeclosure or REO property preservation.Experience with communicating daily with internal and external stakeholders on coverage, capacity and pricingAdditional InformationPERKS OF WORKING AT ALTISOURCEProsperityCompetitive base salaries at $60,000401k plans with company matching – we want to empower you to foster your career, and prepare for retirementGood HealthComprehensive insurance plans like Medical, Personal Accident Benefit and Life InsuranceHappinessPaid holidays (including the day after Thanksgiving), plus 19 days of paid time off, for a total of 28 paid days off per yearOur Innovation Starts with YOU!Altisource’s Vision to drive innovation that powers the mortgage and real estate lifecycle is made possible by an inclusive culture that celebrates the diverse voices of our employees.
