In this role, you'll primarily support hiring across our Wellbeing Go-to-Market organization, partnering with leaders to attract top talent across Sales, Client Success, Customer Experience, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other customer-facing functions.You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent that will drive business growth.We're also in the midst of implementing a new ATS and evolving our recruiting processes. This is a true build environment where you'll have the opportunity to influence how we recruit, improve processes, and help shape the future of Talent Acquisition at Personify Health. If you're energized by continuous improvement, collaboration, and helping build something better, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoOwn full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of Wellbeing Go-to-Market positions, including Sales, Client Success, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Implementation, and other customer-facing roles.Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, understand business priorities, and align hiring plans with organizational goals.Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research to ensure a strong slate of qualified candidates.Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent.Manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, providing market insights, interview guidance, and recommendations that support quality hiring decisions.Drive structured interview processes that promote consistency, efficiency, and an inclusive candidate experience.Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate data, and pipeline reporting within Workable (or similar ATS).Communicate proactively with hiring managers and business leaders on pipeline health, hiring progress, and recruiting risks.Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Hiring Leaders, to facilitate successful offers and onboarding.Contribute to ongoing improvements in recruiting processes, tools, interview practices, and talent acquisition programs as we continue to scale.QualificationsWhat You Bring to Our Team3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or similar environmentProven ability to actively source and hire GTM rolesExperience with full lifecycle recruiting, from intake through offerStrong sourcing skills, with LinkedIn RecruiterExperience working in an ATS (Workable is a plus)Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetExperience supporting teams in a scaling or transformation environmentExposure to ATS implementations or process redesignBenefitsThe Highlights:Competitive base salary and benefits effective day oneComprehensive medical and dental through our own health solutions (yes, we use what we build)Unlimited PTO—rest and recharge time is non-negotiableMental health support, retirement planning, and financial protectionProfessional development with clear career progression and learning budgetsMission-driven culture where diverse perspectives drive real impact on people's healthWant the full picture?
