We work with a wide range of industries: healthcare, agriculture, meat processing plants, hospitality (HoReCa), construction, cleaning services, waste recycling, and many other sectors.We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / International Recruitment Specialist who:has proven track record of independently placing non-EU nationals (from Asia, Africa, Middle East, etc.) into jobs in European companies.knows how to source and close vacancies for blue-collar and skilled workers in any EU country.understands work permit, visa, and employment documentation processes for third-country nationals.has existing employer network in Europe or can quickly build one.The most important thing for us is results: you find a job → the candidate deploys → you receive a high commission (one of the highest on the market per successfully placed worker).We offer:Very attractive commission rate per placed candidate (no upper limit).Fully remote work / flexible schedule.Constant flow of high-quality, motivated candidates from our database.Support with documentation and candidate communication.Long-term partnership with strong earning potential.Requirements:1+ years of experience in international recruitment, especially placing non-EU workers into European companies.Good understanding of European labour market.Self-motivated, proactive, strong results orientation.Ability to negotiate with European employers.If you already have successful placements of workers from Asia and Africa — contact us immediately.
