We are looking for a highly experienced Data Governance & Metadata Architect to lead enterprise-wide Data Governance, Metadata Management, MDM, and RDM initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship operating modelsDefine data ownership, stewardship processes, policies, standards, and KPIsArchitect and manage Collibra solutions across metadata, glossary, lineage, workflows, and asset registrationEstablish RDM processes including mappings, hierarchies, and crosswalksPartner with MDM/RDM, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams on golden records, match/merge, and survivorshipDefine metadata architecture, governance controls, auditability, and lineage frameworksDrive governance adoption across Azure and GCP data environmentsDevelop Governance Operating Models, Stewardship Frameworks, Data Ownership Matrices, Business Glossaries, Metadata Architecture, and KPI DashboardsMust-Have SkillsData Governance & Metadata ManagementMDM & RDMCollibra – Catalog, Business Glossary, Lineage & WorkflowsData Stewardship & Governance FrameworksEnterprise Data Mapping & Data QualityInformatica MDMAzure & GCP Data PlatformsDAMA / CDMP knowledgeGood to HaveHealthcare Data Governance experienceEpic data ecosystem experiencePatient, Provider, Location & Terminology data domainsPreferred BackgroundStrong experience with large-scale enterprise Data Governance, Collibra, Metadata Management, MDM/RDM, and Informatica MDM implementations is highly preferred.
