Catalyst Precision Health is a premium precision-medicine practice in New York. Our members invest significantly in their health, and everything we do is high-touch and personalized. We are a small, fast-moving team, and the founder needs a right hand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a full-time Chief of Staff role. You are the utility player who keeps everything moving. You own follow-through across the business so nothing falls through the cracks.
You will work directly with the founder every day. The job is judgment without supervision: you take a messy week and turn it into a plan, a tracker, and a two-minute update the founder can act on.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Partnerships: research potential partners (gyms, physical therapists, wellness brands, finance and executive communities), run outreach, and manage conversations through to a yes
- Marketing accountability: we have people producing content and campaigns. You turn strategy into a weekly plan, track it, and hold the team accountable to deadlines and results
- PR: find podcast, press, and speaking opportunities for our founder and physician, pitch them, and manage follow-ups
- Business operations: pricing projects, vendor research, SOPs, reporting, and whatever operational fire needs solving that week
- Weekly reporting: a crisp update to the founder on what moved, what is stuck, and what you need
YOU ARE A FIT IF
- 1+ years in operations, project management, chief of staff, founder-support, or a similar role where you owned follow-through
- You chase things down without being reminded. Follow-up is your default setting
- Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on video and phone with US partners
- You think in systems: trackers, cadences, SOPs, not one-off heroics
- Comfortable holding other people accountable, including people more senior than you
- Available full-time, 40 hrs/week, on US Eastern hours
- Bonus: interest in health, longevity, or wellness
