Mercor is hiring UI/UX Design Experts to evaluate how well AI systems handle real digital product design work.If you're picturing landing pages and hero sections, this isn't that job. This is about real product design, checkout flows, dashboards, onboarding, the parts users actually live in every day.The job: you're not designing, you're defining the bar. You build grading criteria and score real deliverables, design systems, responsive dashboards, product flows, deciding whether AI-generated product design actually holds up for real users doing real tasks.You'll be a strong fit if you have:5+ years in product design, UI/UX, or design systems for real digital productsA background at leading digital-product studios, in-house teams at product-led companies, or sophisticated e-commerce/marketplace platformsExperience as a Product/UI/Design Systems Designer, UX Lead, UX Writer, or digital Product/Business AnalystDeep fluency in interaction design, responsive layouts, end-to-end product flows, and Figma-based handoffThe ability to critique work the way a UX lead would in a reviewNote: this role cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.Pay: $80 to $150 per hourLocation: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
