Epic Willow Ambulatory certification and build experience required with Epic Willow Inpatient certification highly preferred. This fulltime role will work days. Open to fully remote work.Purpose of this position: Under limited supervision, support the IS&T team in maintaining Epic system and associated applications with integration/interfaces with Epic.RESPONSIBILITIES:Research to develop, configure, and modify moderate to high complexity "break fix" solutions in EpicCreate documentation of buildReview build, test, debugs, and document progress of Epic issues in partnership with the TS utilizing the SLG process and release notesParticipate in testing phases of associated applications during implementations and upgradesDevelop strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partnersProvide Epic content expert support for applications with integration/interfaced systemsIdentify opportunity for process/system improvements by adopting new Epic functionalityPerform system monitoring for optimal complianceFacilitate meetingsManage and grow customer relationshipsPerform PSE analysis of risk and impactParticipate in hardware and software planningMentor and train team membersProvide regular and/or off hour on call support as scheduledPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications:6 years relevant of comprehensive professional experience working in the electronic health recordAssociates of Arts (AA) or Bachelor’s degree-OR-An approved equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred Qualifications:Ability to collaborate and bring teams togetherExperience developing technical/systems design specifications and building system solutionsExperience executing risk mitigation plansDemonstrated ability to spearhead resolution of team related issuesKnowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:Ability to think strategically and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changes in organizational or department prioritiesCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize tasksAbility to explain or demonstrate technology in a manner suited to the audienceAbility to provide customer focused service and communicate the value of proposed solutionsAbility to communicate issue updates to stakeholdersAbility to serve as subject matter expert for technical questionsAbility to mentor and train team membersLicense/Certifications:1 Current Epic Certification OR 1 Current Epic Accreditation OR 1 Current Epic Proficiency Self-study OR 1 Current Epic Proficiency (Willow Ambulatory)-AND-1 Current Epic Certification OR 1 Current Epic Accreditation OR 1 Current Epic Proficiency Self-study OR 1 Current Epic Proficiency (Relevant to Position)You've made the right choice in considering Hennepin Healthcare for your employment.
