Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Receive interested seller leads from us texting and cold calling land owners. - Call them back, make them an offer on their property, and close on the deals. - Once you have bought the parcels, we will use a realtor local to the area of the property for the sale. - Use user-friendly software. - Conduct calls, texts, and emails with seller leads. - Conduct due diligence and write up purchase agreements and contracts. Training: - I will train you to learn everything you need to know. Workload: - I expect you to be busy 30 - 40 hours per week. Skills Needed: - Great with people. - Detail-oriented. - Problem solver. - Relentless follow up. This role will pay a base salary of $4-$8/hr (depending on experience) + commission for every closing. *Please do not apply if you do not have calling experience, this role will require talking on the phone with sellers*
