I’m hiring a Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager / Client Manager for our email marketing agency FlowProMax to work with tools like Klaviyo, Shopify & TheRetainer.This is a long-term, remote, full-time role for someone who can manage client accounts, lead a team of copywriters and designers, and help us deliver strong email marketing strategies for e-commerce brands.You’ll be responsible for:Managing client communicationLeading designers and copywritersPlanning email campaigns and content calendarsBuilding and improving Klaviyo flowsWorking on lead generation, pop-ups, and automationsCreating client progress reportsReviewing strategy, copy, design, segmentation, and executionMaking sure projects move forward and clients feel supported.We’re looking for someone with:Email marketing experience, Klaviyo strongly preferred2+ years of e-commerce marketing experience‼️ Confidence communicating with clients ‼️Experience managing marketing projects or client accountsStrong organization and ownershipClear written and spoken EnglishAbility to commit to a full-time role within the next 2–3 weeksThis role is not for someone who only passes messages between the client and the team.
