What you'll do: - Read and interpret architectural plans for multifamily residential projects. - Extract unit types and layouts from project drawings. - Produce CAD drawings and kitchen layout designs. - Perform detailed material takeoffs for cabinets and countertops. - Assist in compiling bids and project estimates. - Work directly alongside ownership on active projects. What you bring: - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. - Experience reading and interpreting architectural plans. - Background in construction, kitchen design, or interior fit-out preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in takeoffs. - Advanced English, written and spoken. Additional Responsibilities: - May also be involved in invoicing and other related tasks (no experience in this area required).
