Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.A growing credit repair company is seeking a Credit Repair Dispute Processing Virtual Assistant to support daily dispute processing and client file management.The primary objective of this role is to process client disputes accurately and efficiently while helping improve turnaround times and overall client results. The ideal candidate has previous credit repair experience, understands the dispute process, and can work independently within established workflows.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Credit Repair ProcessingProcess client disputes through the company's established workflowReview client credit reports and supporting documentationPrepare and submit dispute lettersUpdate dispute statuses within the CRMMonitor client progress through each dispute roundEnsure disputes are processed accurately and efficientlyCRM ManagementMaintain accurate client records within DisputeFoxUpdate notes, documentation, and dispute activityTrack client progress and processing statusMaintain organized electronic client filesWorkflow & Quality ControlPrioritize assigned dispute workloadMeet daily and weekly productivity goalsFollow established credit repair procedures and compliance requirementsIdentify missing documentation or information requiring follow-upAdministrative SupportOrganize client documentationMaintain accurate processing recordsSupport additional credit repair administrative tasks as assignedEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement.
