About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to manage the end-to-end delivery of an AI-based financial technology project. The person will work closely with AI engineers, QA engineers, developers, product owners, DevOps teams and business stakeholders. The role will focus on sprint execution, backlog management, risk tracking, dependency management and timely project delivery.The candidate does not need to be an AI developer, but should understand AI and machine learning project lifecycles, data dependencies, testing requirements and production releases.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.Work with the Product Owner to create clear user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint goals.Coordinate across AI, development, QA, DevOps and business teams.Track project timelines, blockers, risks and cross-team dependencies.Manage AI-specific dependencies such as data availability, model development, API integration, testing and deployment.Ensure QA, automation testing and AI-output validation are included within each sprint.Support release planning, production readiness and post-release validation.Provide clear project updates and delivery reports to stakeholders.Improve sprint predictability, team collaboration and delivery quality.Ensure financial workflows, compliance requirements and data security considerations are properly tracked.Required Skills3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile ceremonies and backlog management.Experience managing software development and QA teams.Exposure to AI, machine learning, data, cloud or automation projects.Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, lending, reconciliation or compliance projects.Strong knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, APIs and production releases.Strong stakeholder communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage distributed and cross-functional teams.Good to HaveCSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP or PMP certification.Experience with Generative AI or LLM-based projects.Understanding of AI governance, model validation and data privacy.Experience working in regulated financial environments.Exposure to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.Interested can share your CV at tamnna@ziventra.com or tag someone suitable.
