💼 Role: Relationship Manager – US Market
What you’ll do:
✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based students, parents, and clients
📞 Communicate with prospects and existing customers through calls, messages, and emails
🎯 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational programs
🤝 Manage leads, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities
📊 Maintain customer records and track follow-ups
💡 Work closely with the academic and admissions teams to ensure a smooth student journey
🌎 Understand the needs of students in the US education market
🔎 What we're looking for:
✔️ Excellent English communication skills
✔️ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
✔️ Customer-focused and professional approach
✔️ Good follow-up and negotiation skills
✔️ Experience in sales, customer success, admissions, education counselling, or relationship management is a plus
✔️ Comfortable working with US time zones
✔️ Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
