In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients scheduling important medical imaging appointments, providing a professional, compassionate, and efficient experience from start to finish.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys balancing accuracy, empathy, and productivity while working from home.What You'll DoAs part of our scheduling team, you will:Answer inbound patient calls professionally and confidentlyMake outbound calls when follow-up is requiredRespond to patient inquiries via emailSchedule, reschedule, and confirm appointmentsVerify and update patient information accuratelyExplain scheduling requirements and appointment preparation instructionsCommunicate clearly and professionally with patients and internal teamsNavigate multiple systems while documenting interactions accuratelyDeliver an exceptional patient experience on every interactionContract & Compensation$5.50 USD per hourPaid weekly in arrearsIndependent contractor positionScheduleMonday through FridayWeekends offShifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time (EST)TrainingYour onboarding includes:Two weeks of paid product trainingOne week of nesting with coaching supportTransition into production immediately after nestingEquipment & Technical RequirementsA company laptop will be shipped to successful candidates.
