You’ll ensure Khloud has accurate forecasts that align Sales, Finance, and Operations while enabling growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop SKU-level forecasts at customer and channel level.Support S&OP process by delivering accurate demand plans and scenarios.Collaborate with Sales on promo planning, lifts, and new item launches.Conduct variance analysis vs. budget and LY, with corrective actions.Maintain forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine methodologies.Provide leadership with insights into risks, opportunities, and trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.3–5 years of forecasting, sales planning, or demand planning in CPG.Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or planning systems.Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize, and work cross-functionally.Core CompetenciesAnalytical and detail-driven.Collaborative with strong communication.Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
