We are hiring: Senior Managed Services Engineer (Remote, Melbourne Time 9am - 6pm AET)IT Mine is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our team.If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment and have deep expertise in Syncro RMM, SentinelOne, Microsoft 365, Intune, and email security, we want to hear from you.What you will do:Act as the technical escalation point for complex client environmentsLead security incident responses and implement best practicesDrive automation and continuous improvement across client infrastructureWhat we are looking for:5+ years of hands-on MSP experienceAdvanced proficiency in SentinelOne, Syncro RMM, Microsoft 365, Intune, and email security gatewaysStrong networking fundamentals and a proactive mindsetExcellent communication skills and a passion for customer servicePreferred:Certifications in Microsoft 365, CompTIA Security+, SentinelOne SOC SpecialistExperience with PowerShell scripting, Datto BCDR, IT Glue, ConnectWise, or AutotaskThis is a fully remote role, working within Melbourne time (9am - 6pm AET).
