We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with strong clinical experience. You will serve as the clinical expert for our medical device portfolio - working with our distributors and healthcare professionals while driving clinical adoption. Delivering hands-on training and supporting our partners across the European markets.Key responsibilitiesSales Manager:Manage EU distribution partners out of home office.Build and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives to exceed revenue targets.Work with senior company leadership on long term strategies and corporate growth by providing trip reports on distributor activities, competitive landscape, surgeon and market feedback.Liaison between our Regulatory team and customer base to support and maintain product registrations.Clinical expert:Provide clinical support during procedures, device installations, and product evaluations.Attend European congresses, training labs, and customer workshops.Deliver product training to distribution partners, physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on our device usage through PowerPoint and hands-on set up.Maintain, store, ship and track company demonstration devices to support distributors.RequirementsClinical experience in two or more of the following fields; General surgery, Urological surgery, Gynecological surgery, Colo-Rectal, ENTMinimum 3–5 years of sales experience within the European medical (surgical?) device sectorExperience working in operating room environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsWillingness to travel up to 50-75% across assigned European countriesFluency in English required; proficiency in one or more additional European languages strongly preferredMicrosoft Office SuiteBachelor's or undergraduate degreeNice to haveDistributor management experience strongly preferredClinical certification (RN or equivalent Med-tech specialty) preferredPre-existing relationships with medical device distributors, surgeons or KOL’sCadaver/Animal lab experience or prior involvement in European clinical trialsUnderstanding of European healthcare systems, regulatory and hospital procurementWhat we offerMonthly consulting fee and paid trainingPerformance-based commission structureFull travel expense coverageOngoing customer sales and training supportA collaborative, mission-driven team committed to improving patient outcomesPlease submit responses to John Dobash: jdobash@mediflex.com
