Our users spend hours each day in our product, so great interface design and thoughtful frontend engineering directly impact their productivity.We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who cares deeply about product quality, user experience, and maintainable frontend architecture. You’ll play an important role in shaping how our product looks, feels, and evolves as our engineering team grows.What you’ll do:Build and ship high-quality product features using React and TypeScriptDesign interfaces that make complex workflows and data understandable and efficientHelp define and evolve our shared component library and frontend architectureEstablish and promote best practices for frontend engineeringCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineersMentor and guide other frontend engineers through code reviews and architectural discussionsImprove performance, usability, and accessibility across the productHelp adopt and refine AI-assisted development workflows that accelerate engineering productivityWhat you’ll bring:Strong experience building production React applications with TypeScriptExperience designing maintainable frontend architecture in growing codebasesExperience building or maintaining shared UI component libraries or design systemsA track record of raising the bar for frontend quality through code review, mentorship, and technical leadershipStrong product instincts and empathy for end usersAbility to take ownership of meaningful product areas and drive them forwardComfort collaborating across engineering, product, and designBonus points:Experience building complex user-facing products with rich data or workflowsExperience improving performance and scalability of large React applicationsExperience with modern frontend tooling and developer experience improvementsFamiliarity with AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or CursorExperience working in high-growth startup environmentsThe Interview Process:Silver.dev Recruiter ScreeningHiring Manager ScreenTake-home ChallengeTake-home ReviewLive-Coding Interview (if required by the Team)Compensation Range: $60K - $72K
