At AMS, we are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join us on a 5-month contract supporting a leading client in the financial services industry.Fully remote – candidates must be based in Florida, Ohio, Texas, or Georgia.We are looking for someone with:Strong corporate recruitment experience, covering roles from entry-level and early careers through senior and director-level positions, including hard-to-fill roles.Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, direct sourcing, and other recruitment tools and platforms.Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels.
