When you decide to work with GUS, you will be joining an industry leading, global organisation that has a reach in over 150 different countries.Purpose of the RoleContributed to the definition and implementation of the commercial strategy to recruit prospective students for GUS France.Developed and maintained relationships with corporate partners while prospecting new companies to support the recruitment and placement of work-study students.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing :Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with employer partners to secure apprenticeship and work-study placements for students.Advise employers on their recruitment needs by defining role requirements, candidate profiles, and facilitating connections with prospective students.Represent the institution at recruitment events, including campus career fairs and key account recruitment initiatives.Deliver an outstanding employer experience to foster long-term partnerships and maximise partner retention.Identify employers' recruitment needs for upcoming hiring campaigns and proactively source and recommend suitable candidates.Resolve partnership and placement-related issues, ensuring effective conflict management and stakeholder satisfaction.Actively contribute to Apprenticeship Tax and corporate philanthropy fundraising campaigns.Placement:Achieve annual enrolment targets for apprenticeship and work-study programmes.Identify candidates who are ready to apply for apprenticeship and work-study opportunities.Assess and shortlist students for presentation to employer partners, including key accounts.Participate in recruitment events organised by the institution and key corporate partners.Ensure all candidate placements comply with apprenticeship regulations and contractual requirements.Negotiate training fees with employer partners and ensure agreed commercial terms are achieved.Complete the employer information file once the selected apprentice has been confirmed.Prepare and manage apprenticeship enrolment files with students who have secured a placement.Submit all required documentation to the Apprenticeship Administration team to enable the preparation of apprenticeship contracts.Coordinate the tripartite relationship between the institution, the apprentice, and the employer throughout the programme.Serve as the primary point of contact for both employers and apprentices for the entire duration of the apprenticeship programme.Specific RequirementsWeekend availability for promotional eventsFull driving licence (Category B)Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills and Qualifications :Master’s level (M1 or M2) in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or Business SchoolPrevious experience in a similar role preferredStrong understanding of the local environment and apprenticeship/work-study regulationsStrong analytical and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial techniquesPersonal Attributes:Strong organization skills, rigour, persistence, and persuasive abilitiesHighly responsive, dynamic, and proactive mindsetStrong analytical, adaptability, and active listening skillsAbility to manage stress and perform under pressurePositive attitude with strong perseveranceExcellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skillsStrong team spirit and collaborative approach.Other Information:The post holder may be asked to undertake different or additional duties in line with business requirements at the request of their line manager.There is an expectation that all employees will maintain the values of the Group and comply with the Code of Conduct, as well as equality and diversity, health and safety, and safeguarding policies.Perks and benefits20 Days Annual Leave Plus 1 day per year capped at 25 days, so you have time to rest, recharge, and balance life beyond work.Contributory Pension Scheme 5% personal contribution & 3% Company contribution, so you can build long-term financial security with matched contributions.Season Ticket Loan Spread the cost of your commute with an interest-free travel loan.
