Focussing on upstream stakeholders and decision makers, you’ll engage with specifiers, consultants, developers, architects, engineers, local authorities, and contractors to influence projects from concept through to completion. Success in this role will come from your ability to build and manage a strong project pipeline, create demand early in the value chain, and position Wavin as a trusted solutions partner across major commercial and infrastructure projects.Drive profitable sales growth through a specification-led commercial approachBuild and manage a strong project and specification pipeline from concept to completionDevelop trusted relationships with investors, developers, architects, consultants, engineers, and contractorsPromote integrated Wavin solutions through technical and consultative sellingWork collaboratively across Product Management, Technical Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teamsIdentify and convert new business opportunities within target sectorsSupport cross-selling opportunities across the wider Wavin product portfolioDeliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and solution-based discussionAbout youDegree qualified in Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related disciplineProven experience in technical specification or solution selling specifically within Heat Interface and/or HVACStrong commercial background with active project sales experienceExperience working with Tier 1 contractors and major commercial projectsUnderstanding of the building envelope and construction project lifecycleAbility to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence at all levelsStrong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skillsCommercially astute with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesCustomer-focused, results-driven, and highly self-motivatedOur Offer:Wavin, Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure business, is an innovative solutions provider for the global building and infrastructure industry.
