Responsibilities and deliverables


Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services. - Build and improve RESTful APIs and distributed backend systems. - Develop backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Python. - Deploy, manage, and optimize applications and services on AWS. - Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases. - Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability. - Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. - Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Requirements: - 7+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot. - Strong experience with Python. - Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based application development. - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, backend architecture, and database technologies. - Experience designing and building scalable and reliable backend systems. - Strong understanding of Git, testing, debugging, and software development best practices. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Bonus Qualifications: - Experience with AI/ML systems, Generative AI, or LLM integrations. - Experience building AI-powered features, APIs, or automation workflows. - Familiarity with tools or frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or RAG systems. - Experience with microservices and distributed systems. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems. - Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar technologies.
