Perform / Track and manage the activities of the project team through the clickup system. Carry out /supervise the creation of new services for the company. Perform / Raise or propose improvement actions to the system. Proposals of changes to the system. Organize the execution of / the requirements of the assigned keyuser / consultant team. Ensure compliance with the requirements creation standards in the technical survey document. Conduct training programs for project and support team members. Perform/revisions of the documents raised by each consultant/keyuser with the purpose of ensuring that the processes are not affected. Perform monitoring and controls through the Clickup system. Maintain the best practices of each development requested, documenting the SAP BBP files. Conduct meetings with consultants/key users and ABAP teams to understand the requirements to have a clear scope of the requirements. Define process improvements with SAP processes. Generate weekly report of summary of activities performed and planning of the next one.
