Requirements and responsibilities


⚠️Requirement⚠️ You'll be required to attend to the office 3 times per week. 🚀Objective: ⚡ Maximize the level of satisfaction of Facturedo customers, through service management, answering their questions, and familiarizing them with the characteristics of our service. 🚀 Main Functions: ⚡ Review the new queries made by our customers through the various communication channels that Invoicedo currently has. ⚡ Coordinate with the other areas of Facturedo to provide adequate information to customers. ⚡ Write mass notifications for our customers. ⚡ Support communication with clients and debtors. ⚡ Support in making reports for the CS and management area. ⚡ Will be responsible for assisting the area in resolving doubts, concerns, or queries from our customers.
