Clutch, an Andreessen Horowitz backed vertical SAAS company, is looking for a Sr. Legal Analyst - Contracts to join their team. As a Sr. Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and drafting contracts, ensuring compliance, monitoring and enforcing compliance with licensing agreements, conducting legal research, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in legal and compliance roles, a strong understanding of contract law, compliance, and licensing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
