We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to create and implement internal/employee communications content and contribute to programs that actively engage our internal audience globally. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to support the execution of communication plans, strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. Responsibilities: - Help create a best-in-class internal communications function across Creadits that drives employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all lines of business. - Develop communication materials using a variety of methods to articulate key messages. - Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with our priorities and themes. - Assist in internal messages and embody company culture celebrations such as birthday messages, work anniversary, etc. - Assist in writing and editing impactful and engaging content that effectively describes and promotes onboarding, Professional Development, People Operations, and other programs and initiatives in support of our company goals and culture. - Manage content for the company's intranet/Wiki, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative. - Implement metrics reports to measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels and measures internal communications with the goal of continuously improving internal communications strategy to reach and engage employees. - Plan and support employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. This may include organizing events, recognition programs, and employee surveys to gather feedback and suggestions. - Partner with various departments and teams to gather information, interview subject matter experts, and create relevant content. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
