This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving the systems infrastructure required to support the company’s daily and smooth operation, focusing on all times, in state-of-the-art infrastructure, security standards, and system efficiency, creating best practices to support the company’s systems users, keeping the technology up to date with best practices, including patches, upgrades, and each one of the client’s requirements as needed. Responsible for architecting and implementing solutions for complex business technological needs in a variety of technologies, including VDI, Active Directory, Windows servers ( IIS, DNS, DFS, Windows Clustering, etc.), Office 365, Google Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams and other industry standard applications. This role combines day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure and project-based work to expand, architect, and deploy additional infrastructure to meet growing business needs. ✅Responsibilities • Constantly analyze current technology and security infrastructure, including information security and physical security measures, to ensure our systems are up to date and meeting applicable regulations such as PCI-DSS standards, HIPAA, SOC-2, and privacy laws both from the U.S. and Mexico. • Develop & establish IT standards, best practices, procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure a high-degree system's availability and stability. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive and detailed documentation for all production systems. • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw a valid conclusion to respond to complex inquiries or escalations from other-level support teams. • Recommends, architect, and implement secure cloud and server solutions to resolve technological needs for business operations. • Analyze current business strategies; and recommends, advise, and presents technological alternatives to meet short- and long-term technological needs. • Ensure planning, design, and implementation processes to meet or exceed project goals and business objectives. • Administer, maintain, monitor, and support cloud, physical, and virtual production systems. Proactively recommends changes to avoid potential systems issues. • Server Application Management: Administration of server-bound applications such as Apache, Google Suite, Microsoft family of products such as IIS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VDI, VMware, Citrix, SharePoint, Office 365, MS Teams, AWS, and Azure. • Storage: Manage and administer SAN/NAS technologies, including Cloud Hybrid environments • Lead in the planning and execution of networks and servers’ technology migrations. • Resolve complex Servers issues & outages. • Ensure project deliverables match or exceed users’ expectations by proactively working with all teams involved in the project, and communicating with managers and users of progress/obstacles. • Work independently with very little supervision while providing clearly documented activities. • Performs other related duties as required. ✅Qualifications •5+ years of experience in technology infrastructure, systems administration, and other related technologies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Low conversational English is a must. • Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently and engage a larger team #ProactivityFirst! • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in system architecture, design, and deployment, Windows Servers, Azure, MCSE, and AWS certified preferred. • Expert in Virtualization, including VDI Technologies, Citrix, and VMware. • Expert in the practice of all of the following infrastructure applications: Windows Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, Internet Information Services, DNS, DFS, SharePoint, MS Teams, and G Suite. • Expert level on the following infrastructure hardware: Dell and HP Server hardware, Fortinet, Watchguard, Cisco, and other Firewall Technologies. Cisco Systems, and other networking equipment, networking appliances such as Web Filters, Load and WAN Link balancers, IDS, IPS, etc. • Advanced knowledge of Symantec, McAfee, Malware Bytes, and other endpoint products is a must. • Project management, organizational, and prioritizing skills are a must. • Advanced knowledge of VPN, WAN, MPLS, and technologies such as VoIP is a must. • Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills • Problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in an acceptable time frame. • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed. • Traveling may be required. ✅Nice to have • Prior experience with contact centers and/or BPO industries. • Worked or familiarized with software development SDLC and/or teams. • Familiarized with database and API connections. • Bachelor’s degree.
