Hours per week: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Expected Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Time zone needed: MST.
Holiday Adherence (UAE\/UK\/US\/PH): US holidays.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an energetic and inquisitive Marketing Associate with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for advertising, digital marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to seek out answers independently. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role.

About the role:

The Marketing Associate will support our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on managing and optimizing ad campaigns, conducting in-depth data analysis, and contributing to overall marketing strategies. Responsibilities include executing paid ad campaigns, maintaining detailed spreadsheets for campaign tracking, and collaborating on a range of digital initiatives. Secondary tasks may include SEO, AI-assisted copywriting, and content mapping.

Core responsibilities:

* Meetings & communications:

- Meet with internal team members and clients.
- Respond to client emails once trained.
- Serve as the primary point of contact when core team members are out of office.
- Meet with representatives from Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, DSPs, etc. as needed.

* Ad campaign management:
- Assist in creation, monitoring, and optimization of PPC and SEM campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, and DSPs.
- Create and manage ads, audiences, and targeting variables.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities.

* Data management and analysis:
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets to track performance, budgets, and KPIs.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and other marketing software to measure effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize ad performance and ROI.

* Content and copywriting:
- Assist in writing compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team on visually appealing ads and marketing materials.
- Create content maps and write content with the help of LLMs like ChatGPT.

* Market research:
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

* Reporting and documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and client presentations.
- Document best practices and create guides for future campaigns.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated expertise in spreadsheet management, including proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.
* Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC\/SEM platforms.
* Exceptional attention to detail in assessing campaign performance and identifying trends.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness.
* Highly motivated and inquisitive, with a natural aptitude for independently finding solutions.
