We know this is vital in realizing our shared mission to improve speed to quality mental health care for all. innovaTel is looking for a part-time Psychiatrist licensed in the state of Ohio who is passionate about delivering speed to quality mental health care for all. This is a fully remote telehealth position working with patients in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. We provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team and want our clinicians to be able to focus on what’s most important - patient care. Come join our exceptional team! Responsibilities: - Provide effective management of psychiatric care including initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management reviews in accordance with established clinical guidelines - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality - Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care - Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the on-site clinical team - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by compliance standards
