Our employees are forward-thinking, self-directed individuals who are committed to solving our customers’ technical challenges.RoleSSI is currently searching for a Program Control Schedule Analyst to support a dynamic program in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI CI Poly clearance. In this role the ideal candidate will have experience in the use of scheduling tools especially MS Project (2010+) and solid knowledge of MS Office tools. Demonstrable knowledge of critical path processes. This position requires the ability to learn existing internal tools/processes and accept supervisory critique.Specific Duties IncludeConduct review of monthly schedule submittals from contractors to the CustomerIdentify schedule drivers and changes from month to monthProduce meaningful schedule and performance metrics (e.g., critical path trends, schedule variance, float analysis)Identify critical paths to major deliverables and assess risks to schedule successRespond to Customer questions and data calls in a timely mannerPresent analyses monthly in various formats and Customer forums (PowerPoint, written reports, briefings)Identify areas of potential conflict and provide recommendations for mitigationSupport Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and program reviewsMaintain and update the Government IMS and/or integrated summary schedules as neededCoordinate across engineering, program control, and contracting teams to ensure schedule alignmentParticipate in risk management activities, linking schedule risk to program risk registersOther duties as specified by the COTR and Program ManageRequired QualificationsBachelor's and six (6) years or more of related experience; Master's and four (4) years or more years of experience; experience is preferably supporting Government or space programs for the DoD, NASA, and/or intelligence communityProficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or PrimaveraAbility to prepare and deliver clear presentations and written analysesHigh attention to detail and accuracyCollaborative mindset with ability to work across technical and management teamsAbility to travel domesticallyActive TS/SCI with PolyEEO StatementSpace Systems Integration provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.AI DisclosureWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
