Currently, we are seeking a Senior AI Tech Lead with a strong English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Position Title: Senior AI Tech Lead
Location: Medellin (Hybrid)
What you will be doing:
* Lead end-to-end development of AI Voice Agent solutions within the Letz platform (VAPI + automation integrations).
* Architect and build intelligent workflows integrating n8n.io, Firebase Studio, and agent-to-agent AI communication.
* Evaluate and implement solutions across different AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), choosing the most suitable for voice interaction.
* Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI research and product capabilities (NCP Server knowledge is a plus).
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.
* Leading the development team in low-code, no-code tools, and Python development.
* Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflows to streamline product management and team performance tracking.
* Contribute to Letz AI’s technical thought leadership in voice automation, and agent intelligence.
Requirements & Qualifications

Main Skills:

* Strong hands-on development background in backend and low-code/no-code platforms.
* Proven experience with AI Voice Agent platforms (e.g., VAPI, Botpress or similar).
* Experience leading development teams (bonus points if in startup environments).
* Proficiency in backend platforms such as Vue.js, Flutterflow, Xano, and Firebase.
* Experience automating workflows with n8n.io or similar tools.
* Clear understanding of the differences between AI providers, including capabilities, costs, and ideal use cases.
* Solid grasp of development environments like CursorAI and WindursfAI.
* Stakeholder management: effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* English level: B2+ or higher (able to lead technical meetings and communicate with global partners).
