They have the ability to meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coaches and develops associates to achieve sales goals. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team. Our ASM has dedication to quality and investing in results that always add value to the business.
