TubeScience, one of the world’s largest performance video agencies, is looking for a Paid Social Analyst ready to leverage analytical and creative skills to make a significant impact at scale. This role goes beyond traditional media buying—it offers the opportunity to work with innovative brands, from startups to industry leaders, tackling meaningful challenges and driving real-world growth. What You’ll Do At TubeScience, you will design and manage high-performance paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and refining media buying strategies to maximize ROI for a diverse portfolio of clients. - Building, launching, and optimizing campaigns to achieve high performance, managing bids, improving results, and ensuring strong ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). - Analyzing campaign metrics to generate actionable insights and guide data-driven decisions. - Collaborating with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop solutions that enhance growth potential. - Efficiently allocating ad budgets to optimize spending and improve outcomes. - Translating complex analytics into clear, impactful reports for stakeholders across various teams. What Success Looks Like - Managing multiple high-stakes campaigns and consistently meeting internal and client revenue targets. - Handling ad spend exceeding $1M per month across key accounts to drive significant client growth. - Demonstrating expertise in Meta media buying, with proficiency in navigating platforms and developing effective strategies. What We’re Looking For Must-Haves: - Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising, particularly in direct response marketing. - Advanced quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in data analysis, especially Excel. - Proven experience managing high-spend Meta ad campaigns ($1M+/month). - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. - Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours. Nice-to-Haves: - Familiarity with FB Ads API, SQL, and BI tools. - Expertise across multiple platforms (Snap, TikTok, Google, Pinterest). - Experience working alongside creatives or producing social media content.
