As a product expert for the SMART VALOR platform, you will handle support tickets from customers to ensure a best-in-class service experience. This includes general inquiries, support in on-boarding, and platform usage. You will also be responsible for building up knowledge databases, tutorials, and employee trainings, as well as analyzing, prioritizing, and classifying incoming tickets. Additionally, you will support customers through the ChatBot, align with the compliance team for onboarding issues, and assist in contract issuance and product issue filing. You may also support in campaign execution and smoke testing new releases of the web application. Fluency in English and German at Level C1 is required, and basic knowledge in crypto/digital assets, wallet, exchanges, and trading is essential. The role also requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong affinity for customer success, and the ability to work with the customer success lead.
