We are currently seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives (Spanish-English) in Colombia with exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people. Requirements: - Advanced English proficiency (C1 level – essential). - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles. - Full-time availability. - Reliable high-speed internet connection. - Functional and up-to-date computer equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or solutions. - Respond professionally to customer emails and concerns. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. - Provide product and service information. - Follow up on customer requests, suggestions, and complaints. - Document and escalate technical problems as needed. - Deliver proactive customer support. - Manage customer feedback and satisfaction. What We Offer: - Contract or temporary position. Work Schedule: - March to November: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. PST. - November to March: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. PST. - 100% remote position | Only in Colombia. - Employee benefits plan. - Monthly salary: $2,850,000 COP.
