Prominence Advisors is seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges. This role involves driving strategic process improvement, managing complex projects, and solving difficult problems. The successful candidate will become part of a disruptive force in the Healthcare IT space and will be responsible for designing and developing a data governance operating model for Prominence's customers. Other responsibilities include providing technical leadership, completing use case definition and system design, developing technical specifications and documentation, installing Informatica products, and troubleshooting system issues. The ideal candidate should have project management experience, healthcare experience, and data governance experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and development for IT and business personnel
- Complete use case definition, scope analysis, and initial system design
- Define development requirements with key stakeholders
- Develop technical specifications, processes, and documentation to produce required data deliverables
- Develop and build customized system workflows
- Install Informatica products, complete upgrades, and load bug/fixes
- Scan data stores, ETL, and analytic tools
- Develop application interface via APIs
- Create advanced traceability and lineage
- Provide production support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
