🌎 Description: We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated sales virtual assistant to join our team. As a sales virtual assistant, you will be responsible for generating B2B leads and nurturing business sales leads through various channels such as email marketing, social media lead extraction, trade association lead lists, and grassroots online marketing. Your excellent sales and communication skills will be essential in establishing rapport with potential customers, introducing our solutions, and setting up demos and appointments for the sales team. 🎯 Requirements: ◻️ Bachelor's degree. ◻️ Direct work experience in sales and lead generation process. ◻️ Experience with research and maintaining databases. ◻️ Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). ◻️ Strong project and time management skills. ◻️ Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. ◻️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ◻️ Effective listening and understanding of customer expectations. ◻️ Ability to work remotely, reaching an international customer base. ◻️ Highly efficient in Excel and Microsoft Office skills. ◻️ Sound knowledge of online research techniques. ◻️ Keen eye for details. ◻️ Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude. ◻️ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. ◻️ Creative thinking. 🎯 Responsibilities: As a sales virtual assistant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ◻️ Researching, collecting, and managing the lead generation process. ◻️ Identifying lead sources and lead extraction strategies. ◻️ Working with marketing to conduct email and social media campaigns. ◻️ Conducting customer research and contacting prospects to qualify leads. ◻️ Directing email and online marketing to key clients and prospects. ◻️ Following up on leads and setting up appointments with the sales team. ◻️ Collaboratively working with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies. ◻️ Participating in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations. ◻️ Developing a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process. ◻️ Managing all account information accurately in CRM database.
