BuildingLink is looking for a People Ops Generalist to join their team. As a People Ops Generalist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the onboarding process, managing benefits administration, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring compliance with employment laws, maintaining the HRIS system, generating HR reports and analytics, updating HR policies and procedures, developing internal communications, supporting performance management, assisting with talent acquisition, and contributing to various People-team projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR or people operations, advanced knowledge of HRIS or a broader HR tech stack, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires - Manage benefits enrollment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits - Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations - Maintain the HRIS system and generate reports as needed - Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics - Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook - Develop and distribute internal communications related to HR programs and policies - Support the performance management process - Assist with talent acquisition efforts - Support various People-team projects and initiatives
